    We offer Rusta and matcha support for those who are eligible through the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). You can choose RiseSmart Rusta and matcha in the following locations:

    • Eskilstuna
    • Gothenburg
    • Helsingborg
    • Solna
    • Södertälje
    • Uppsala
    • Västerås

    Remember that it is your caseworker at the Swedish Public Employment Service who decides if you are eligible for Rusta and matcha. If you are entitled to the service, you inform your caseworker which provider you want. If you choose us at Randstad RiseSmart as your provider, you inform them of this and the KA-number that applies to the relevant location where you want to attend the program.

what is the Randstad RiseSmart Academy?

The Randstad RiseSmart Academy is the program you get to participate in if you are eligible for the Rusta and matcha service. Together, we create a plan that suits you and your ambitions. You will have a personal coach who supports you and provides you with the tools you need to advance in your career. With the Randstad RiseSmart Academy, which is a part of Rusta and matcha, you will get:

  • A personal coach who supports you and helps you set goals
  • Help setting a personal action plan for your development
  • Learn to write a CV and cover letter that stands out from the crowd
  • Tips and coaching to succeed in job interviews
  • Learn how to use LinkedIn as a tool in your job search
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and recruitment events
  • Access to the Spotlight™ career portal with career-related articles, exercises, and digital tools, including access to a training portal

The Swedish Public Employment Service has developed the matching service "Rusta and matcha", and as of April 17, 2023, it has been renamed to "Rusta and matcha 2". The service offers the same support and coaching as before.
