- Managing the complete development cycle of embedded software for brake control systems in compliance with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments.
- Synchronizing functional interfaces and coordinating cross-functional collaboration between system engineers, control engineers, validation engineers, and safety/quality managers.
- Driving agile development workflows, managing software development planning, and aligning progress with overall project schedules and lab/vehicle testing needs.
- Ensuring commitment to internal milestones, actively managing critical paths, and leading software design and quality reviews.
- Representing software development in meetings with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Monitoring, managing, and reporting progress, workloads, budgets, and engineering KPIs to the project engineering manager.
- Participating in safety audits with Independent Safety Assessors and managing open item lists for software certification processes.
